The finished card.
So I started with Spring Meadow and Distressed Oxide inks.
Next step I put the stencil back on and filled parts in using Gel Pens I love these for highlighting parts. I then cut a panel and matted and layered.

Personally I think it is all about personal choice and these are only my personal thoughts.
I also like stamping in oxides or the Versa Clair coloured ink pads. There are so many choices it is all up to you. Good luck
So I decided to try a stamped outline with Fusion Inks and then coloured with fusion ink and water. I found it worked ok but the stamp outline blurred a little when colouring in and the phone doesn’t show up too good but you can see the gold!!
Thanks for looking.
My post today is using the Cleverprints Happy Soul Stamp set.
I started with a piece of Dolly Dimples Mixed Media Card, this is my go to card for stamping and stencilling. To colour I used Distressed Oxides in Saltwater Tafty, Broken China and Fossilised Amber. Then cut down and matted on to coloured card
Next step I stamped the Happy Soul Flowers and coloured using Ecoline Water Colour Pens.
Then add to the card in a little bunch ( this card could be ideal for Mother’s Day.) The words from this set were matted on to card and added to make a case.
And there you have it. Hope I have inspired all the items used you can find on the Cleverprints website.

For this card I used one of my favourite stamps Truly Happy Flower. This stamp is so versatile and for this one I have stamped twice on the same colour.
I kept on the the back ground and coloured the other.
Next step I took a star die in different sizes and cut out shapes which I overlayed on the background card. Added some matts and some Liquid Pearls.
Here is another sample this time I used a circle die.
Hope you find this helpful.
I stamped twice on to a piece of white card in Red Versafine for the background and again on another piece to die cut from. This piece I also coloured with Distressed Oxides in Candied Apple, Picked Raspberry and Ages Mahogany.
Back to the background piece which I coloured in watered down Candied Apple and Picked Raspberry. Then over stamping with a small flower from the set and die cut the embellishments. Using a nesting heart die.
Next step to add embellishments to card and matt and layer in pink and red card. I added a few diecuts from the Abstract flowers die set and Liquid Pearls to finish.
Hope you like this and found it useful.
