Mothers Day Tag
This tag is for my Mum, my family and friends to thank them for their support when times are a little bit rough, but the positive side of me says I will win!!! The inspiration for the tag came from Brenda's piece on the Paperartsy Blog. I am so late in posting but hope to scrap in by the skin of my teeth, internet playing up!!!!

Tulips Inspired
This is my take on Jo Myhills Tulips. I used similar but different Lin Brown Stamps, a combination of JOFY paints, mountboard and Thorndon (I think that is the name) Paperartsy Papers. Toped off with Amethyst Treasure Gold and and good old Liquid Pearls, and a few hot glue dots to finish and sparkle.

Inspired by Pam at Paperartsy
I love scrapbooking, this page is inspired by Pam who is guest designer over on the Paperartsy Blog this week. Unfortunately I did not have the same Chatsworth Papers that Pam used so used the previous Paperartsy papers, I think they were called Thorndene. I did not use as many embellishments as it is a page for my Grandson's scrapbook, and at 8 he would not be impressed with flowers etc. I used JOFY alphabet sets, just love these and the TH clock face both of which I painted in Freco Claret.
Thanks for looking!!

The Craft Barn Blog Challenge
Going to try harder to keep up, so far I have only managed to enter one quote, but here is my second. I used my JOFY inspired stampboard to create this tag with a lovely quote.
Inspired by Jo
This week I have taken inspiration from the piece Jo Firth Young did on the Paperartsy blog. I love JOFY stamps, I have a few. I followed Jo's idea but did not add quite as much stamping as I wanted some white showing through, coloured with pencils. I plan to use this to make cards.

Spring flower
Sorry I have been missing for a few weeks. Julie Ann is the guest designer over on the Paperartsy blog this week. Unfortunately I did not have a small mask, so took inspiration from the stamps used and made a dimensional spring flower. I used Fresco paints, a piece of greyboard covered with Grunge paste, painted and Treasure Gold added. The petals are made from card painted, stamped and embossed in some cases. The centre petals are from TH tattered florals die. Final touch a little moth, and glue gun dots with glitter added when the dots are still warm.
