Sunday Stamper - Summer Colours

Here is my contribution this week.  I too love the Wendy Vecchi flower, I bought the set Accents for Art at Alley Pally recently and just started using them.

Away from my toys!!!!

I have been awy from my craft room this week, on child care duties, school runs, after school activities etc. I so admire today's mums they really work hard and hold down fulltime jobs. Amazing.  So hence I have been sewing, made these little treasures, Very pleased I can still use a needle.  They are lovely for brooches, head bands, scrapbook papers and cards etc  Thanks to Scrap 365 for some of the inspiration.

CC2C

Here is my entry I used the small butterflies dies and kiss stamped with another pattern stamp, otherwise they would have been a little solid. Quite simple but effective.

A springtime page

Here is just one page from the album I talked about in a previous post. It was taken last year in Spalding.

A scrapbook present

There are two reasons for this scrapbook - firstly as a present for a friend whose birthday is in May. We visit several gardens during each year and although she has a camera she never uses it. So I thought I would make an album of our visits for her. The second purpose is to inspire my scrapbooking group. I have a group of ladies that come to me every month for scrapbooking so to show the techniques I used and to help them along the way I am making this album.

Girly Journal Page

I purchased a copy of a book called Doodles Unleashed last week, it is a really good book with lots of ideas in it. Here is one of them, it is mainly done with Inktense Blocks, they are very vibrant and easy to use and of course outlined with Pitt artist pen. Thanks for looking. I might go back and add some jewels!!!!!! Now bejewelled!!
