Oh dear I did not realise it has been a while since I blogged, had a very busy couple of weeks, managed to craft, take pics but not get as far as putting stuff on my blog, so here we go on catch up. Firstly this challenge came just at the right time I needed to make a 40th birthday card for my daughter, it need to say 40 but discreetly, so stamped the card with Versamark and dusted with Pan Pastels and coverd with vellum overlay. The next layer is also Pan Pastels and stamping and more pan pastels. Next layer vellum through an embossing folder and the Sizzix. Finally TH wordplay die cut letters and pinecone roses. I hope she likes on the 17th I have also made a box to protect it in the post.
This is such a pretty card Margaret and I love how you have used the vellum. We are so pleased you are joining in the Stamp Man challenge (please could you link this post to The Stamp Man blog).

Hi there, just having a look at others work on the Stamp Man. This is lovely - very pretty background with gorgeous colours. Embossed vellum is a great idea and completes your card beautifully.
