I know its purple again, must be a theme going on here. Found a new background technique over on the Paperartsy Blog last night, so this post is inspired by Susan Jennings. So I cut 4" square pieces of Thorndean paper (Paperartsy) edged two sides with Treasure Gold and rolled around a pencil with the Treasure Gold showing. The background is Fresco Paints, Moon Light and Lilac and Duty Concord Distressed inks, the main flowers are coloured with Pansy. Plus a few jewels, and there it is.
This look so effective! I love that new background technique and you have made it your own! Julie Ann xxx
