I spent a few hours in Keep on Crafting today giving customers ideas for using the new Sue Wilson dies. These really have been flying, Mandy has had to reorder. Here are a few samples

New Sue Wilson Dies
Sue Wilsons new dies were released yesterday so I managed to get my hands on a few today, here is the first. a really useful die with a stamp as well, ideal for cards and for Scrapbooking pages, my first sample is a card made with men in mind. There will be more to come.
Woodware new and old
This Woodware Stamp I have had for more than two years but I still find it one of my favourites and very useful, so here is a pic from two years ago and updated versions.
Alchemy Wax
A new type of wax to me from Imaginations Crafts. This one is water soluble. It is a very soft wax, and blends beautifully through stencils. This is one of my favourite stencils, I just added Alchemy with a piece of cut and dry. Pleased with the results and finished off with Liquid Pearls.

New from Woodware
A lovely new stamp from Woodware and so many different ways to use it. Here are two ideas. The first one is stamped in Black Versafine and embossed in clear embossing powder. Bright pink backing card and a lovely boarder die from Sue Wilson. Dug out the Gel Pens for the stitched edging. Sorry no apologies I love her dies.
The second card is made using Colour Cloud inks for the background stamped in Black Archival, I then added a bit more colour to bring out the flower heads. The other background is using Sue Wilsons Sea Garden embossing folder and Pumpkin Colour Cloud ink. Some ribbon and Liquid Pearls finish it off.

New Releases from Woodware
The first stamp is a different one for me but we all know people who love walking so it will be a good stamp to have in your collection.
I have three different ways to use this stamp. First one is coloured with Clean Colour Watercolour pens, stamped in black Versafine and embossed in clear. With a few spots of Glossy Accents.
The second one is all done in Black Soot Distressed Ink.
The final one is a spot of paper piecing.
A very versatile little stamp. Contact Mandy at Keep on Crafting on 01284 701101 for more details.

Scrapbooking
A little story about my ability to adapt. I needed to do a Scrapbooking page using a beautiful paper, and needed a picture of a cat, thought about asking friends who have cats to send me a picture, but as usual being short on time, I searched the shops for ideas, found a Calender of cats for 50p bargain and I still have 11 pics left result!!!
Zentangle
I have been Zentangling for over a year now, and find it really relaxing. It can be done freehand, with stamps and stencils. Below are a few samples, which I have made up for a workshop I am running at Keep on Crafting on the 20 February, contact Mandy on 01284 701101 to book your place.
Kraft Cards
I did these samples a while ago and did not get round to blogging. They are very simple cards, just Kraft card, stamped and heat embossing in white. Quite effective. Stamps used for the first card by Woodware and the second two are Paperartsy.
