Another post today I am really pleased with this altered art piece using Starlight Paints from Imagination Crafts and air dried clay and Katy Sue moulds and stamps from Papersrtsy.

This card is using 3D stencils are from Crafters Companion and I have used them with oxides again.

3D Embossing Folders

Today I am sharing a card using Distressed Oxides and Crafters Companion Embossing Folders, these were released last year and are fast becoming the way forward for Embossing. To add more interested I have taken some of the colour off using water and a paint brush. I really like this effect. This message stamp is from Woodward they have a lovely range of inspirational quotes.

Distressed Oxides

So in an effort to be a good blogger here is another post from me with two cards using Distressed Oxides one of my favourite products at the moment.

The first one is using a Woodware stamp I think this one was released in the autumn of last year. I really didn’t need any more flower stamps but I thought this one could be used in so many different ways.

The second is made from a piece of card coloured with Distressed Oxides and then embossed using one of Crafters Companions 3d embossing folders. Then I took some of the colour way using a paint brush and water. This is also one of my favourite techniques. The words are from a Woodware set.

OH dear what a bad blogger I was at the end of last year, I promise to try harder, but I think I probably promised that last year!!!

So to start the year here are two cards quite different but one Woodware Stamp.
