Flower Box

i am posting this little Flower Box I designed for a private workshop  in June for a craft group visiting Keep on Crafting. It is using a very useful die from Tonic. The flowers are made using flower foam and various flower dies. The ladies will make one in a colour of their choice and hopefully they will have time for a card as well.

Latest Release of Crafters Companion 3D Embossing Folders

The new3d Folders were released on Hochanda last week. Here are threee samples I have done for Keep on Crafting.

The first one uses the packaging material that the folder is shipped in or you could use acetate.

The next one I used the technique where you add Versamark ink with a Brayer to the inside of the folder, pass a piece of card through and heat emboss with white powder.

The final one is very simple just using three colours of Pebeo waxes. But effective.

New ideas

This week I have been working on decorating plates, so here are my first two to show you. I have previously done this on vases and pictures, but I bought the plates ages ago and never gone round to doing anything. So I have had time recently to play. I have another one to do before next Sunday for my craft stall. I think this will also be popular for workshops.
