Inspired by Carol

Over at Paperartsy this week Carol gave instructions for making the little bracelet below.  I have tried part of this before, but did not paint the shrink plastic pieces or triple embossed them. This makes a lovely little bracelet. i used Mermaid paint and stamped withLPCO25.
