So here is my interpretation of W. Walking - I belong to two walking groups and have great fun, we get stuck in the mud, on stiles, in the middle of fields, all sorts of places.
I started by die cutting some circles, part of the challenge, added to page and sprayed with Dylusions Fresh Lime, Cut Grass and Lemon Zest. I inked through a wall stencil with Distressed Ink Gathering Twigs. Finished off with three stamped couples, Papernations stamp I have had for ages called WALKERS, I just coloured one with Distressed Markers, as I thought it made more interest. The letters are one of Tim Holtz stamp sets.

Suzz Challenge
Here is my version of Suzz Day 2 post on the Paperartsy Blog. I took a canvas board, stamped the centre with Mini 44 and Limelight Fresco Painted and covered with gold embossing powder and heat set. I like the reaction between the paint, embossing powder and heat, it almost bubbles. Lovely effect thanks Suzz. A bit of texture paste around the outside edges to give a frame, then I stamped into this using the butterfly from HP1203, left to dry and painted with Inky Pool, Mermaid, and Limlight. Finished off with some metal card and metal die cut butterflies and dragonfly again these were painted and put through an embossing folder, same colours with the addition of French Roast. Final embellishment, the shrinked butterflies.
Thanks to Suzz for some amazing inspiration and Thanks for looking.at my blog.

Oriental Lady
Have been following Linda Cain's beautiful works this week on the Paperartsy Blog, and have been inspired to create this piece.
Sorry did not take pics from the start, will try better. Firstly I started with a piece of manilla card, cover with texture paste and stamped into this with Minis 22 and 29 allowed to dry and painted with Fresco paints, Mermaid, Inky Pool and French Roast and a few gold highlights. Used Metal card for the top and bottom pieces, die cut from a TH die, coloured with Inky Pool and French Roast and stamped in when paint was wet with Mini 29. I like this effect. Stamped Oriental Lady from Lynne Perrella LPC025 on to card with Archival Black and embossed in clear, coloured with Distress Markers. The bottom layer is Inky Pool and Mermaid and again stamped in Black Archival using Mini 29. Finished off with white pen and chinese hanging thingy from stash from years ago.
Hope you like, thanks for looking.

Craft Stamper - Paper tearing!
Love Helen Chilton's page in this months edition so have been inspired to have a go. Here is my entry. Quite a bit of stamping to produce the insert and the surroundings, although I used pattern paper needed to add my own colour choice into the paper. Finished off with a lovely little bow, butterfly and pearls. I love decorating plain bags to make into very special gift bags.
Indigoblu - Words
Great to see Kay on TV yesterday and that inspired me to make this little wall handing. Using the word stamp and the anenome stamp. Book pages as a background then painted in two colours. I stamped the words and the flowers on to tissue paper and overstamped the flowers as they did not show up as I wanted. I added some pen work around the words to make then pop out together with the buttons. Flowers from the Tim Holtz Tattered Floral Minis. Beads and wire from my collection of bits and bobs.
Hope you like, thanks for looking at my blog.

Texture/Buttons and Bows
Here is another little bag, lots going on here, Firstly a stamp I have had for ages with a spot of distressed ink blending to start the background then the Sweet Pea is coloured with Inktense Water Pencils, added a couple of boarders for interest. Then I coloured the doillies with distressed inks, layered up and added buttons and a bow for the final finish. I am entering this bag into -

Magnetic Tile Card
This is my entry to the Crafters Companion Challenge - Flowers. This is one of Sheena Douglass's stamps, Tulips and I used the Pebeo Fantasy Paints to colour. I attached it to the card using magnetic sheet, stamped the background with another one of Sheena's stamps in Archival Sap Green, a lovely colour.
So here it is, thanks for looking.

Helen Chilton #3
Here is my version of the swooshing technique, sorry if I have spelt it wrong.I used Distressed Inks, Salty Ocean, Picked Raspberry, Shaded Lilac and Chipped Sapphire. I used Lin Browns stamps from Paperartsy ELB02, Paperartsy Script Mini, gloss card and the lovely white pen. Thanks Helen for all your inspiration over the last few months it has been good to be reminded of old techniques and introduced to new ones. So here is my final piece attached to a little carrier bag and a dragon fly cut with a Paperartsy die.
Butterfly Bag
This is my entry for the Country View Crafts challenge, Butterflies. Instead of doing the usual tag, card or wall hanging I decided to start recycling little bags. For this one I used the brick stencil for the background a flower head stamp from Paperartsy for the flower and stamped Wendy Vecchi Butterflies, coloured with H2Os and cut out. The bags are not easy to stamp on so the cut out butterflies are carefully placed!!! I like the effect and it makes a different gift bag.

Not a Card!!!
This is my entry for the Pan Pastels challenge this week, and its not a card. I have decorated a recylced carrier bag. The stamp I have had for years and is wood mounted so does get out much. I have coloured with Perfect Pearls and added a butterfly decoration. Here it is, thanks for looking.

Inspsired by Helen Day 2
Helen Chilton is the guest designer this week at Paperartsy. I love the splatt technique, although I have just found some odd spots on my computer screen, never was very tidy!!! I used Distressed Stains - Dusty Concord, Spiced Marmalade, Fired Brick, Wild Honey, Faded Jeans and a bit of Picket Fence. For the stamping my first effort I used 1009 (I prefer the results on this one the bleaching worked better) and for my second one I used 1109, splatts are more spaced out on this one and this spaced out technique I often use for scrapbook background paper.
